Ingredients

Marinade

500g Beef (cut to 2cm thick)
1/2 tbsp freshly grated ginger
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 tbsp curry powder
3/4 tbsp turmeric
100ml plain jogurt

Curry

3 carrots
3 potatoes
1 large white onion
2 sweet apples
4 tomatoes
1l beef stock
150g flour
125g butter
1/2 tbsp curry powder
1/2 tbsp garam masala
1l water
any additional seasoning you want

We will start by marinading the beef over night in the ginger, garlic, turmeric and yogurt.
Cut a "X" on one side of the tomatoes.
Boil some water and place the tomatoes inside until the skin becomes easy to peal.
Slice the carrots and the colled tomatoes, cube the potatoes and grate the apples.
Chop onions and cook them on medium heat until they are soft and start getting brown. Set them aside to rest and place butter in the same pan.
Add the flour and mix well.
If the mass is to dry add some butter if its to soft add some flour until it has the same consistence as wet concrete. Im not joking...

Add your curry powder and garam masala and stirr until it becomes thick and brownish. Now set it aside.

Put the potatoes and carrots in a pot with boiling water and add the curry mixture.
Add the onions, tomoatoes, meat and grated apples and let is cook for an hour or two.

If you feel like the curry is to watery, take some of the liquid and mix it in another cup with some flour. Now add that back to your main pot to thicken the sauce.

The longer you cook it the better. The curry taste the best on the second day.
